Try this.  Stand in front of the mirror and say “I trust you completely” while looking into your own eyes.

You will learn something about yourself.

I have had some issues in the trust department.  Seems some of people I chose to open up to ended up being temporary people in my life. People who just passed through on their way to somewhere else.

My biggest hurts have come from the decisions I made to judge these abbreviated relationships as wrong.  They weren’t wrong as much as they were just different than what I expected and hoped for.

I have longed for closeness and connection for most of my life and yet I have also struggled to be open and vulnerable. I remember being shocked to learn that if I wanted a man who was open, vulnerable and emotionally available, there was one big obstacle I had to get around first. I needed to be willing to be open, vulnerable and emotionally available myself. Yikes.

My relationships are like a house of mirrors. Some of what I see still scares me and I feel I am careening like a ball in a pin ball machine.  I am also beginning to see humor in other relationships and I am laughing more at the sheer silliness of some of the daily drama.

To think….it is only reflections of me distorted by imperfections in the glass. I am seeing myself differently when I review my steps to see what got me here. I am attracting more and more of Larry’s gentlest and kindest self and it is delicious.

If you are one who answered no to my question and you don’t trust anyone yet.  And you know this is true even though you wish it wasn’t.  I have a bit of cheer leading for you. You will be amazed at how easy it can be to take baby steps in opening yourself up to the right person.

As you move forward using the principles of the Law of Attraction and tuning in with clarity and passion, you are going to attract the highest and best of the people who cross your path.

There will be a person who shows up to help  you practice your skills. You will know this person because of how wonderful you feel when you spend time together.  I know you have been hurt before when you trusted someone but you are different now.

You are stronger and you always land on your feet. Go ahead and move toward a friendship.  Take it slow and enjoy getting to know the other person.  Everyone has a story, take time to listen to this new person’s story.  Ask a lot of questions.

If everything feels smooth, lean in to the connection a little and test the waters. You will be surprised how easy it is to attract the highest and best in people.  Practicing kindness and curiosity is the quickest and easiest way to form mutually beneficial connections.

Building trust is the very best investment you can make.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could start a relationship with a healthy dose of hindsight leading the way?

Now that I am in my second marriage with a second soul mate, I have often thought how lucky I am to be getting a second chance to do things differently.  In my first marriage, I was so ill equipped.  My negotiating skills were non-existent and I lived in a constant state of anxiety trying to keep peace at any cost.

I mistakenly believed that if I could keep my husband from being mad, that I would live happily ever after. Sounds so weak and wimpy now, I cringe at the thought.  But in my 21 year old wisdom (bless me!) all I wanted to do was to live in a home where there was no fighting.  What resulted?

Two people who never talked about what mattered.  Never talked about our dreams.  Never talked about our challenges.  Never talked.  I signed on for this.  I chose to be this way. The Law of Attraction brought me the exact right partner.  I take full responsibility.  When we divorced it broke my heart.  It was then, after my cushion of time to restore my confidence in myself after we broke up that I thought, “Wouldn’t it be nice if you could marry your second husband first.”

It sure would save a lot of time and complication.

Imagine if you knew the pitfalls to avoid. What if you had the confidence to stand in your own power and create a partnership that could withstand the tests of time?  What if you could beat the odds of the 50% divorce rate and create an ideal relationship?  I believe that is possible.  Not only possible, but probable.

Are you still waiting for that True Love to walk into your life?  Do you wish to enter a marriage with a game plan for lasting devotion?  If you are still reading this post, I know there is a part of you who is ready.  Ready to learn how to be a great second wife the first time around.

Take the time to prepave your next year.  Decide to create a list of deal makers and deal breakers.  Find a community of people who can support and believe with you.  The Law of Attraction will faithfully serve you as you come into alignment with your authentic self.

When creating your Vision for your wedding, pictures get faster results than words….every time!

While watching these proposals, notice how you feel. You might feel happy for them or you might actually feel physical pain in your chest or tightness in your throat.

Your reaction to this video tells you exactly where your point of attraction is. If you are still in pain over past relationships, there is a part of you that is radiating that strong vibe to the world. No wonder you feel like you are stuck in a rut.

I am a little bit.  My son and his family live a thousand miles away and holidays are a little tough.

I love Skype and my grandson recognizes me and talks to me in his adorable 18 month old way.  It helps to have technology!  But a part of me is a bit sad and I am learning to acknowledge that part and to give it a voice.

In my decision to follow the principles taught by Abraham Hicks and the Law of Attraction, I used to think that any low vibration feeling was to be avoided at all costs. Now I realize that sadness, grief, loneliness or any other “negative” feelings are GOOD for me to express.

These feelings allow a wave of energy to wash over me and then through me.  Thankfully there IS a waiting time between our thoughts and our manifestations.  If not, we would be dangerous!! LOL

If you are lonely this Thanksgiving, here is a great exercise that will help you move through it and get to the other side. Instead of asking “How long will I be alone at the holidays?”  Ask yourself, “Why does being lonely bother me so much?”

If you want to ramp up the exercise, write the second question down with your dominant hand and then switch hands and write the answer with your non-dominant hand.  When you do this, you open a pathway of communication with a part of you who doesn’t get your attention very often.

You will be amazed at what you learn.

“We want you to remember that while you are focused here in this Leading Edge physical experience, you also have an Eternal, non-physical, older, wiser part of you that exists in the Vortex and is always available to you.

This Vibrational Relationship between the physical you and the non-physical you is significant for these important reasons:”

1.  The emotions that you feel (your Emotional Guidance System) are because of the relationship between the physical you and the non-physical you.

2.  As you reach for new thoughts to get back into the Vortex, you have the benefit of the stable knowledge of your Non-Physical counterpart.

3.  As you reach for new thoughts to get back into the Vortex, you have the benefit of the confidence that your Non-Physical counterpart is always in the Vortex waiting for you to come into alignment again.

4.  Every other relationship you have (that is with other people, with animals, with your own body, with money, with concepts and ideas, with life itself) is profoundly affected by this all important relationship between you and You.

5.  Everything you are wanting, your deepest desires, are in the Vortex waiting for you.  When you are feeling relaxed, calm and happy, that is the evidence that the non-physical and physical parts of you are in alignment.  That is when the magic happens!
