Putting together a deck of Abraham’s Well Being cards is always an exhilarating experience because the handling of these powerful words in any form is life-giving to us. But when Hay House coupled their talented artists with these meaningful Abraham quotes, and presented them in such beautiful colors and pictures—these cards took on a whole new “feeling” for us.

At a recent seminar, Abraham encouraged us to do 100% of our affirming Well-Being from inside the Vortex. “Get in there and practice the Vibration of being in there by speaking of things wanted; by appreciating, or by focusing on things that match the Vibration of the Vortex.”

Later that day they suggested gently looking through a deck of affirmation cards as a way to practice that inside the Vortex Vibration. They told us that the longer we are able to deliberately hold ourselves inside the Vortex, the easier it is to return to, and the more often we will be in the state of allowing our alignment with who we really are.

And so, we had a deck of them framed to hang in the hallway of our California home, as well as keeping a deck near us with selected ones in our pocket or purse. I even thought about getting a name badge holder and wearing it around my neck with a daily card tucked inside. But then…

Some friends in attendance at our recent Asheville seminars showed us the Money and the Law of Attraction Card Deck App that they had downloaded to their iphone. Such a fabulous idea!! And then today we received word from Reid Tracy (our publisher) that our Money, and the Law of Attraction Card Deck app has been selected by Apple as a featured app for their “What’s Hot” section on iTunes.

It will be prominently listed on the front page of the App Store for the next week. Now, several times a day, we can practice the Vibration of the Vortex by easily scrolling through these beautiful cards on the iPhone. And more good news… Amazon has chosen Abraham’s newest book, The Vortex, (released Sept 1, 2009) to be in the list of their top 100 books (of all books released in 2009) as favorites of Amazon customers. Things are tough these days. It doesn’t take a masters in economics to know that there is a dark

shadow hanging over the men in our lives.

1. Check Your Thoughts At The Door. Thinking about how he is letting you and the family down is not helping anything. Do a thought audit. Any thoughts that hold an opinion about what he is NOT doing need to be redirected. The easiest way to do this is to put “Even though” at the beginning of the thought and “I choose to love him anyway” at the end. For example:

“He won’t ask for more hours and I hate that because if he did, we would have more money.” Changes to: “Even though I hate it when he won’t ask for more hours, I choose to love him anyway.”

2. Praise Him For What He Is Doing. Ladies, we must be creative. Your man wants to hear how proud you are of him. There are opportunities every day to let him know you appreciate what he is trying to do, ESPECIALLY when you are aware of what he is not doing. Even if it is something like, “Honey, I love how responsible you are about getting to work on time every day.” or even “I am so impressed with how hard you work for us.” He LOVES your sincere praise.

3. Ask How You Can Support Him. He may say there is nothing you can do, and that is ok. He has his share of worries. Kindly asking “Is there anything I can do to support you right now?” may help him by opening his mind to asking you for help at a later time.

4. Make Him His Favorite Meal. This is such a simple but profound way to show your man how important he is to you. The way to a man’s heart IS his stomach and a warm meal prepared with love will always make him feel cherished.

5. Invite Him To Have Sex With You. This may be a challenge for you, especially if you are feeling overwhelmed yourself. Sex is comforting to a man and MANIFIES him like nothing else. Once you are determined to make your man feel cherished and you follow the other steps to connect with him, you will find it much easier to open yourself to a loving encounter.

When you are committed to being a Soul Mate to your man, he will get it. He may not understand what you are doing but he will feel the change in your attitude and you will be amazed at the changes you will see in him!

1.  Picnic. How long has it been since you ate outside on a checkered cloth?  Grab a couple sandwiches and a cans of coke and head out to your local park.

2. Hike. Find an area park, grab your water bottles and head out to walk.

3. TNT. Watch an old movie together and kanoodle on the sofa.

4. City Tour. Even if you have lived in your city for years, grab a map of local attractions and hop on a bus.  Explore your own city.

5.  Dollar Store. Head to the Dollar Store with 5 bucks apiece and buy gifts for each other.  This sweet way of plugging into what makes your partner happy is a lot of fun.

6. Garden Center. Got to your area garden center and spend time looking around, smelling the merchandise and touching the lovely plants.

7. Animal Shelter. Volunteer to socialize the animals.  Loving the little critters with your Lover is delicious.

8. Big and Tall Man’s Store. Years ago a friend and I happened into the Big Guy’s store to shop for a gift. We rolled with laughter holding up the giant clothes. Don’t scoff if you haven’t tried it.

9. Airplane Watching. Go to your area small airport with a bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers.  Watch the little planes and jets come in and go out.

10. Big Box Electronics Store. Sit in the audio rooms and theater seating in front of big screen TVs.  Sink into the great sound and enjoy the show!

Years ago I chose to actually create a relationship with money itself. No, I didn’t sit across the table from a hundred dollar bill yet, as one of my jokester buddies suggested, but when I compared my relationship to money to a close friendship, it led me to  interesting and ultimately life changing discoveries.

When I realized how badly I used to treat money it changed my fortunes, literally.  Once I started to befriend my money and pour time and attention on it.  Everything changed.
